Child Protection Awareness Programmes
Building safer communities begins with awareness. Through educational talks, workshops, school programmes, and community outreach initiatives, CPSM-KL empowers children, parents, educators, and communities with the knowledge and confidence to recognise risks, establish healthy boundaries, and create safer environments for every child.

At the launch of the Program Kewibawaan Remaja, our President, Tengku Dato’ Asra Jehan, highlighted the importance of educating young people on personal safety, healthy boundaries, and self-respect as part of building stronger and safer communities.
Child protection is a shared responsibility. Throughout the year, CPSM-KL collaborates with schools, universities, community organisations, law enforcement agencies, and public institutions to deliver awareness programmes that equip participants with practical knowledge on personal safety, child protection, healthy relationships, and responsible decision-making.
Our awareness initiatives address issues that affect children and young people today, including personal boundaries, online safety, abuse prevention, peer influence, emotional wellbeing, and community responsibility. By creating safe spaces for learning and dialogue, we help participants better understand the challenges children face and how they can contribute to their protection.
Programmes such as Program Kewibawaan Remaja, Program Pemimpin Masa Hadapan, Program Meniti Remaja, and I Am In Control have engaged students, educators, parents, and communities across Malaysia, helping young people develop the awareness, values, and resilience needed to navigate an increasingly complex world. Through these initiatives, CPSM-KL continues to strengthen child protection efforts while fostering a culture of prevention, responsibility, and care.
